Introduction
This Content Safety Policy ("Policy") sets out the approach taken by Nex Artist Limited trading as Nex Artist ("Nex Artist", "we", "us") to illegal content, harmful content, and the safety of all users of the Nex Artist platform, including children and young people.
This Policy applies to the Nex Artist web application (available at nexartist.app) and the Nex Artist mobile application (available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store) (together, the "Service"). It applies to all users of the Service, whether registered as Artists or Listeners.
This Policy is published in compliance with the Online Safety Act 2023 (the "OSA") and is incorporated by reference into Nex Artist's Terms and Conditions, specifically clause 9.7. Users are required to comply with this Policy at all times when using the Service. Terms defined in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning where used in this Policy.
Nex Artist reviews this Policy regularly and will update it as required by changes in law, platform features, or operational practice. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

- Nudity and sexual content: Explicit sexual content or nudity in any artist profile, track artwork, biography, event listing, or Notification Wave.
- Harassment and intimidation: Content targeting a specific individual or group in a way that is abusive, threatening, or intended to cause distress.

4. Protection of Children and Young People
- Age minimum: Users must be at least 13 years old to register. Users aged 13–17 must have parental or guardian consent. Nex Artist reserves the right to terminate any account where the minimum age has not been met.
- No adult content: Explicit sexual content and nudity are prohibited across all parts of the platform and in all user-generated content, including profile images, track artwork, event listings, and Notification Waves.
- CSAM zero tolerance: Any content constituting child sexual abuse material will be removed immediately and reported to the National Crime Agency and/or the Internet Watch Foundation without exception.
- No direct messaging: The platform does not offer private messaging between users. Artists and Listeners cannot communicate directly through the Service, which reduces the risk of grooming or inappropriate contact.
